The VFD Screen High-Precision Programmable Linear Power Supply features a vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) with high resolution and accuracy, offering resolutions of 0.1mV/0.1mA (5-digit). It utilizes a high-quality pure copper toroidal transformer for low ripple and high stability. Housed in a standard 2U chassis, it supports side-by-side dual-unit installation in racks.
The unit provides a user-friendly and fast operation interface with a high-speed adjustment knob and digital keypad input. A built-in buzzer offers prompts or warnings, while 100 memory slots allow storage and recall of voltage, current, and other parameters. Remote sensing compensates for load line voltage drop, ensuring higher accuracy.
Comprehensive protection includes overload, reverse polarity, over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature safeguards, along with a one-touch lock function to prevent misuse. Standard interfaces include RS232, supporting both SCPI and MODBUS programming command sets.
It is widely used in product aging tests, maintenance, battery charging, laboratory testing, production testing, electroplating, and related industries.
